I believe the words “I am” are the most powerful words that can be spoken.
I am not what happened to me. I am what I choose to become.-Carl Gustav Jung
I am can be used to lift you up or break you down. To manifest things into your life good or bad. What comes after the word “I am” is what determines the outcome of your future. I believe that we are responsible for who and what comes into and out of our lives. I also believe that what we ask for will be given to us if we believe that it is already ours. I am so happy and grateful for the ability to change hundreds of lives through real estate, fitness and varies ways that I connect with people.
I am: Two of the most powerful words, for what you put after them shape your reality.
Now let’s be honest, I get it. We don’t always feel as if we are capable of changing our own life because we are so hard on ourselves. We don’t always like the reflection that we see in the mirror and we darn sure don’t always feel in the mood the pump ourselves up. Beating ourselves down is just easier at times. However, telling yourself that “you can” takes the same amount of energy as ” I can’t”.
I want you to join me by being aware of what you put after your “I am”. Let’s make a conscious effort to think before we speak out about ourselves. Let’s work on transforming our mindset to believe in ourselves and I mean truly believing in our own ability to make a change and a difference in our own lives as well as others. Many of our negatives thoughts are from what other people think about us which doesn’t have to become our reality. We can’t allow someone else’s opinion about us to dictate how we choose to live our lives or better yet, the outcome of our future.
Simply start with I am so happy and grateful followed by whatever it is that you want.
For example, I am so happy and grateful now that I am turning my goals into actions and my actions into results.
Write one or two things that you are so happy and grateful for in the comment section below.
Remember, you are what you believe and it is your right to be happy and successful.
