New Year, New You and New Goals!!!

Wow!!! Where did time go? I cannot believe 2016 is over and we are already 13 days into 2017. Lets face it, we all make New Year resolutions for every year we enter into and I will be the first to say, that I do not always keep up with my resolutions. I told myself for this year (2017), that I will focus more on goal setting. Not just for the year but monthly, weekly and daily goals. I vow to hold myself accountable for the goals I set on a daily basis. You can start small. You do not have to set these large and unrealistic goals, they should be realistic and challenging. The more realistic you are, the more likely you are to accomplish them.

Each day, I have a sticky note that I keep on my desk and I will write out a to do list, a list of reminders and a list of goals. Your goals can range from, reading your bible each morning or night, drinking more water or saying something positive or giving a compliment to 5 people a day. You do not have to stress yourself out over it so keep it simple.

Remember, your goals should be important and motivating to you not dreadful. What is your why? Why do you want to achieve this goal? Follow each goal with another why. And most importantly, set goals that are attainable. Please do not demoralize yourself with unattainable goals.

I hopegoal_setting your year is blessed and full of many opportunities that will develop you, challenge you and encourage you!

Thank you for taking the time to read this blog and be sure to like, share and follow me on social media!!!

Best wishes,

Candice

Hello and welcome to my site! I was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. I have spent nearly a decade in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, fitness coach, membership director and marketing coordinator. I have managed to change lives of hundreds of people all throughout North Alabama by inspiring, motivating and helping them realize that their fitness goals can become a reality. The fulfillment I received from working directly with customers is what led me to the Real Estate field. After working with real estate investors and being in the fitness industry, I decided to pursue a career as a real estate agent full-time so that I could apply those same skills when helping clients with one of the most important purchases they'll ever make. My goal when it comes to helping others is to be extremely passionate and dedicated. As a former Membership Director, I understand the importance of honesty; integrity and excellence that goes into completing contracts and insuring buyers and sellers receive the best, exciting and memorable experience ever by being a leader and relieving my clients of any duties. With extensive experience in management, team leading and marketing, I am able to utilize those skills when working with buyers and sellers. I have served as a member on the marketing team at the University Fitness Center (University of Alabama in Huntsville) and have attended countless Business Expos and Health Fairs on behalf of the fitness center. I am also a member of the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors (HAAR) and currently serve on the Education Committee, I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the North Alabama Multiple Listing Service (NALMLS). Clients choose to work with me because of my personality, knowledge in the market, professionalism and exclusive marketing skills. In my first year of Real Estate, I was named Rookie of Year and sold over $2 million dollars in Real Estate. When I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, teaching group fitness classes, baking and blogging! Check out my website to find homes for sale in Huntsville, Al, Madison, Al, Meridianville, etc. I can also provide you with a list of foreclosures and short-sales. I look forward to connecting with you!
